2NDSKIN’s standard delivery time from initial online order is approximately seven – fourteen (7-14) days. Your 2NDSKIN order will be dispatched from Bali warehouse or Sydney warehouse directly to the address as indicated on your order. All of our deliveries are made by TNT Couriers ex Bali and via Australia Post Parcel Service ex Sydney. It is strongly recommended that the delivery address you provide, is attended during business hours Monday – Friday 09.00am – 5.00pm. When completing your order form please include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code, Country and Phone Number.

Unfortunately we are unable deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
