HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For orders placed before 12pm AEST, we endeavour to process your order the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after close of business 5pm AEST Friday – Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. During sale events, new collection launches and or Public Holidays there may be a slightly longer processing time.
2NDSKIN’s standard delivery time from initial online order is approximately seven – ten (7-10) days. Should this vary due to stock availability you will be advised by email@example.com. When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider that the order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
All 2NDSKIN orders are hand picked and packed from our Bali warehouse and or Sydney warehouse directly to the address as indicated on your order. All deliveries are made by TNT Courier ex Bali and or via Australia Post Parcel Service ex Sydney.
It is strongly recommended that the delivery address provided be attended during business hours Monday – Friday 09.00am – 5.00pm. When completing your order form please include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code, Country and Phone Number.
Please keep in mind any orders dispatched from our Bali warehouse, may arrive outside of the estimated time frame, due to possible customs processing delays.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
2NDSKIN offers free shipping on orders worldwide. We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping with our reputable delivery services.
DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.
Duties/taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country your order is being delivered to. 2NDSKIN will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments.
If you refuse a shipment from 2NDSKIN, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to 2NDSKIN.
WHAT IS A PREORDER?
Pre-orders are items that are not currently in stock, but are being made to order for you and then shipped immediately to you, the customer. When submitting a pre-order, we request payment at this time, just like normal order(s).
Please allow 10 -14 days from initial order placement date to delivery. All pre-orders will be shipped via TNT courier services. Please be aware that shipment delays may occur in your region and we cannot be held responsible for such delays at this time.
WHAT SIZE JACKET SHOULD I PURCHASE?
We would recommend sticking to your general top size, otherwise please refer to our garment measurements and size guide for further sizing details.
I THINK MY ORDER IS FAULTY?

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER?
Make sure you’ve scoped out your junk and spam folders in case the automatic notification has been sent there. Still no luck? Not to worry, just shoot us an email at email@example.com so we can help locate this for you. If you opt to create an account at checkout, all of your records from previous orders will be there for your reference as well!
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
All return requests must be made within 5 days from successful delivery of your online order via our returns portal.
You are able to select the refund option for all full priced items in the returns portal when placing your return. When you select the return option you will see credit (online store credit) which is in the form of a digital gift card to use on our website but if you are after a refund click the menu to choose the refund option.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges for change of mind. If you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per returns policy.
